Showground Booking – This secures use of all the public areas of the showground, free car parking, WC’s and WIFI. Catering can be provided or arranged separately.
PLEASE NOTE: A booking is only confirmed once we are in receipt of a completed booking form and acknowledge a payment of discount booking deposit booking deposit of £2000. Your deposit is non-refundable and is included in the overall hire fee.
Rate Card 2024: All rates quoted below are per day of active use and may be subject to negotiation for extended periods. Set up and breakdown days, i.e. Friday to Monday inclusive are free of charge; however, occupation in addition to these days is charged at 50% of the day rate.
Please be advised for all evening events where alcohol and security is present there will be a standard added fee of £280 for a Duty Manager be on site at the Showground.
